Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • Pineapple slices, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Blend pineapple juice, coconut cream, and white rum in a Blender until smooth.

2. Add crushed ice to the mixture in the Blender and blend again until the ice is fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.

3. Pour the mixture into a Cocktail shaker and shake well to ensure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.

4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled Tiki mug using a Cocktail strainer.

5. Garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for a festive touch.


Tips and Suggestions:

  • For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum and add a bit more pineapple juice or coconut water for extra liquid.
