- 12 oz (340 g) pasta (e.g., fusilli, penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella balls or cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Boil water in the Large Pot for boiling and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

Drain the pasta in a Colander and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

Prepare the vegetables by slicing the cherry tomatoes, dicing the cucumber, and thinly slicing the red onion using a Chef knife on a Cutting Board.

In a Mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, mozzarella, and basil.
