Ingredients
- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese (or feta as a substitute)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Place the husked corn directly on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred and cooked through.
