  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions:

1. Preheat the large frying pan over medium heat.

6. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the cutting board using the sharp knives to slice the buns if needed.

7. Remove the patties from the pan using the spatula and let them rest briefly.

8. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a cheesy patty, onion slices, tomato slices, and any additional toppings like pickles or condiments.

9. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
