Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- On a cutting board, chop the Romaine lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, peel and slice the cucumber, thinly slice the red onion, and seed and slice the green bell pepper.
- Place the chopped Romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion slices, green bell pepper slices, and Kalamata olives to the bowl.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently with salad tongs or a large spoon to combine.
