Instructions:

4. Add egg yolks and salt to the melted chocolate, mixing until well combined.

5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture using a spatula until just combined.

6. Carefully fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture, ensuring not to deflate the mixture.

7. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
