Instructions:

  1. Heat the large frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.

  4. Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon and spatula, and cook until browned.

  6. Warm the tortillas in a separate dry large frying pan or microwave until pliable.

  7. Assemble the tacos by spooning the beef mixture into each tortilla.

  8. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese, using a cheese grater for fresh cheese if needed.

  9. Garnish with sour cream and chopped cilantro.

  10. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
