  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Slice the chicken breasts into strips using a sharp knife on a cutting board.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

3. In another mixing bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly.

4. Place breadcrumbs in a third mixing bowl.

5. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.

6. Heat vegetable oil in a heavy bottomed pan for frying over medium heat until 350°F.

7. Fry the chicken tenders in batches using kitchen tongs, turning them occasionally until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes.

8. Remove the tenders and place them on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
